About

Our mission is to provide current and potential female students in the Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Electrical Engineering disciplines with a network and organization to help them succeed as undergraduate engineering students of the University of California, Santa Barbara and prepare for a career in industry and/or academia. We will accomplish this through the use of workshops regarding graduate school, internships, and careers, networking nights, and outreaching to junior high and high school students to engage and encourage them in engineering disciplines.
